NOTICE TO ALL EVENT ATTENDEES: WAIVER/RELEASE FOR PHOTO, VIDEO, AND AUDIO RECORDINGS

When you enter an event hosted or co-hosted by the Korean-American Bar Association of Georgia ("KABA-GA"), you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording ("media") may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to media recording and its release, publication, or reproduction by KABA-GA or its representatives for marketing and promotional purposes.  By entering the event premises, you release KABA-GA and its representatives from liability connected with media use (including taking, digitizing, or publication) and waive all claims for payment or royalties, regardless whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.  You also waive any right to inspect or approve media taken by KABA-GA or its representatives; however, KABA-GA will consider requests for media take down if you email contact@kabaga.org.  You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering or registering for an event.
